Lewis Vines is the Co-Founder and CEO of VYVE, the proactive health service that gives people expert support for their mind, their body and the people around them, before they need it. He is the driving force behind VYVE and the vision that shapes everything it builds.
That vision comes from lived experience. In 2023, Lewis was at the lowest point of his life, struggling with addiction and his mental health. Honest conversations turned it around. He launched The Everyman Podcast, now the VYVE Podcast, and over more than sixty episodes spoke with Premier League footballers, psychologists and everyday people about mental health, fitness, addiction, loss and identity.
One lesson kept coming up: mind, body and connection are one story, and support works best when it arrives early. Lewis now leads VYVE’s strategy to make that proactive approach the norm for everyone. He has given over 80 talks and spoken with more than 50 employers and schools about proactive health.
Based in Newcastle, Lewis is a dad to Oliver and still plays football whenever he can.
