Charity FAQs.

Does it cost our charity anything?

No. Charity partners and the people they refer pay nothing.

Who can we refer for Give Back?

People your charity supports who would benefit from everyday help across mind, body and connection. You decide who to refer, and we set them up.

How is safeguarding handled?

VYVE’s safeguarding is led by a qualified counsellor as our Designated Safeguarding Lead, with cover from 08:00 to 21:00, seven days a week. We align it with your own approach before launch.

Is VYVE a crisis service?

No. VYVE supports everyday health and is not an emergency service. Urgent support routes are always one tap away in the app, and on our urgent support page.

How much work is it for our team?

Very little. We set up your space and support you to run your community. You can be as hands-on as you like.

Can our supporters join VYVE?

Yes. Your supporters can join your community in the app, take part in challenges and help fund free months through their own activity.
