Our Story
From a turning point
to a mission.
In 2023, Lewis Vines was at the lowest point of his life, struggling with addiction and his mental health. What changed everything was the hardest and bravest thing he had ever done: talking honestly, first to himself and then to the people who mattered most.
He started The Everyman Podcast to share what he was learning. Over sixty episodes, guests including Premier League footballer Matthew Jarvis and performance expert Calum Denham talked openly about mental health, fitness, addiction, loss and identity. The same lesson came up again and again: mind, body and connection are one story, and support works best when it arrives early.
"I'd seen what happens when people don't get support early enough. I wasn't willing to just keep talking about it, so I built VYVE to do something about it."
Lewis Vines, Co-Founder and CEO of VYVE
VYVE is that lesson turned into a service: expert support for your mind, your body and the people around you, there before you need it, and for everyone, not just those who can afford a personal trainer or a private therapist.
Our missionTo help solve this by making proactive health the norm, so support reaches people before they need it, not after.
Lewis tells the full story on the VYVE Podcast. If you are struggling right now, find urgent support.
The problem we exist to help solve.
